This translation is provided for convenience. The French version of these terms is the legally binding one.
1. Purpose
These general terms of sale (CGV) apply to all well-being services and all gift cards offered by Olha PAVLOVSKA, sole trader (EI), under the trade name “Ressens ton corps” (SIRET 939 559 092 00019 – see the legal notice). Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Nature of the services
All services are well-being and relaxation treatments, with no medical or therapeutic purpose. They do not replace a consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a doctor.
Before the session, the client informs the practitioner of any health problem, ongoing treatment, pregnancy or possible contraindication. The practitioner may adapt, postpone or decline a service if she considers it unsuitable. If in doubt, it is up to the client to ask their doctor for advice.
The services are strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour or remark leads to the immediate end of the session, which remains payable.
3. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website on the day of booking. They are stated in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the CGI).
4. Booking
Appointments are made via WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or e-mail. A booking is final once confirmed by the practitioner (date, time, service and price).
Minors are only accepted when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Payment
Payment is made no later than the end of the session, in cash, by bank transfer or with a valid gift card.
6. Cancellation, lateness and no-shows
- Any cancellation or change must be notified at least 24 hours before the appointment; it is then free of charge.
- If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if the client does not show up without notice, the session is payable. If it was booked with a gift card, the card is considered used.
- If the client is late, the session may be shortened accordingly, without any reduction in price, so as not to delay the following appointments.
- If the practitioner has to cancel an appointment, she informs the client as soon as possible and offers a new date; no charge is then due.
7. Gift cards
- A gift card corresponds to a session of the duration stated on the card and can be used for any type of massage of that duration.
- It is valid for 6 months from its date of purchase, stated on the card. After this date, it can no longer be used.
- It is transferable: it may be given to, or used by, someone other than the buyer.
- It is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash, subject to the right of withdrawal set out in article 8.
8. Right of withdrawal
When a service or gift card is purchased remotely (by message, phone or e-mail), the consumer has 14 days to withdraw, without giving any reason (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). It is enough to inform the practitioner in writing; any sums paid are then refunded within 14 days.
If the client expressly asks for the session to take place before the end of this period, they can no longer exercise the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
9. Liability
The practitioner cannot be held liable if the client has given inaccurate or incomplete information about their health. Personal belongings remain the client's responsibility during the session.
10. Personal data
Data provided when booking is only used to organise appointments. Details are given in the “Personal data” section of the legal notice.
11. Complaints, mediation and disputes
Any complaint can be sent in writing to the practitioner, who will do her best to find an amicable solution.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code on consumer dispute mediation, if you have contacted us and have not received a satisfactory answer, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with:
