All services provided are well-being and relaxation treatments, with no medical or therapeutic purpose. They do not replace a consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a doctor: if you have a health concern, please see a healthcare professional.
Personal data
Data controller: Olha PAVLOVSKA (contact details above). The website has no customer account and no online payment. The only data collected directly is the data you choose to share:
- Review form (first name, comment, rating): publication of your review on the website after moderation. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form. Retention: as long as the review is published, or until you ask for it to be deleted.
- Messages (WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail): answering your questions and arranging your appointments. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Retention: for the duration of the relationship, then for no more than 3 years after the last contact.
- Audience measurement: only with your consent (see “Cookies and third-party services”).
This data is never sold or passed on to third parties. Some providers (Google, WhatsApp/Meta, Telegram) may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, under their own safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework).
