Gentle draining massage in Toulon

Slow, light, rhythmic strokes that leave the body feeling lighter. It is a wellness massage inspired by draining techniques, with no medical or therapeutic purpose: a gentle pause to relax and give yourself some time.

What is this massage?

Unlike the classic massage, there is no deep kneading here. The strokes are soft, light and repeated, with an even, unhurried rhythm. This tempo is so soothing that many people almost fall asleep during the session.

After the session, people most often describe a pleasant feeling of lightness, especially in the legs.

I usually work on the back, the backs of the legs and the arms. Other areas, such as the fronts of the legs or the stomach, can be added if you wish. We agree on this at the start of the session.

How a session goes

  1. A few words before we start. We talk about how you feel today, your wishes and any possible contraindications.
  2. The massage. You lie on the massage table covered with a sheet, and only the area I am working on at that moment is uncovered. The strokes are done with Styx oil, to soft background music. The slow rhythm makes it easy to relax, and the table can be heated if needed so you stay warm and cosy.
  3. After the session. A few minutes to come back to yourself without rushing, with tea or coffee and a little something sweet.

Who is it for?

  • those who spend a lot of time on their feet or sitting;
  • after a long journey or flight;
  • those who find a deep massage too intense and want something softer;
  • everyone looking for a quiet, relaxing session.

Durations and prices

The price depends on the length of the session, not on the type of massage.

  • Massage 30€ 30 min 50€ 60 min 70€ 90 min 90€ 120 min
  • Face Massage 30€ 30 min
  • Body wrap + face massage 60€ 70 min
  • Body wrap + massage 90€ 120 min

For a first session I recommend 1 hour; after that, we choose the length together, depending on your wishes.

When to postpone your session

The massage is not given in case of fever, acute inflammation or skin conditions in the area to be massaged. If you have health problems, please ask your doctor first.

Before each session I always ask about injuries, operations or anything else I should know, so that I know where to be especially careful. If you are pregnant, please be sure to mention it when booking, and I will adapt the session. And if the massage falls on those days of your cycle when the body tends to be more sensitive, we can choose a softer pressure or move the session to a time that suits you better.

Frequently asked questions

Does it hurt?

No. The strokes are light and soft, without strong pressure.

What should I wear?

You can keep your own underwear on or wear disposable underwear that I provide. During the massage, the rest of your body is covered with a sheet.

How often can I come?

If you would like some regularity, once every 5 to 7 days is ideal.

How is it different from the classic massage?

The classic massage includes more kneading, and the pressure can be firmer. The draining massage stays soft and slow throughout.

Can it be combined with another massage?

Yes, massages can be combined in almost any way: for example, a face massage after the draining massage. Just mention it when booking so that we plan enough time.
